Trying to find out if these seeds are worth a f**k

My Zkittles Auto has hermied, I don't see any male 'bananas', I have found seeds though. It isn't a true hermaphrodite, from what I could tell.

The GDP has a few noticeable ones but doesn't look infested with them, hopefully! They are maturing but not ready for harvest yet.

I had a power outage in Dec and they were in the dark for 32-36hrs. Supplemental Far Red (cheap leds) lighting & airpump was turned on during the outage but the 600hps wasn't. Nutrients have been steady, as well as environment. It could of been stress induced as well. I did some training and hst-ing before the flower transition, but throughout veg trained and topped a couple times. I also bent a couple stems on the Zkittles to stop vertical growth during week 4-5 of flower.

This is my first grow so there have been many lessons learned, and I will still have some good smoke.

My question. Are the seeds worth keeping, and are they mixed? As in Zkittles auto x GDP, or are they hermie infiltrated, & should be disposed of as I trim/smoke.

First pic is GDP. Second is Zkittlez.

Halp a brother out

IMO they will be riddled with that same trait. If your fine with seeds I’d say use them, but me personally I’d trash them and get better genetics.

Maybe try Twenty20 autos. I don’t really have any experience running autos, but if I did plan to I’d get their genetics as it seems they really strive for stable auto strains.

If it were me I’d go either reg or fem seeds. My advice is to always inspect any new genetics you run for first run. If you see early intersex traits id toss immediately. A few nanners and full male flower intersex traits are different just FYI. You will see both if you grow enough from seed.

Until you get comfortable with growing and have some successful unseeded runs, I would stay away from unstable strains that throw nanners too.

However some strains that have been known to be elite throw late nanners or show them under stress and are kept bc they are unique and still top notch smoke, but need a careful experienced eye. To each their own.

Thanks, thats good advice T Ray. After purchasing my seeds from theseedfair.com I realized there were many sites/breeders with tried and true tested strains. Some are hype, some people just sell good genetics & know quality. I've came across a couple sites for better genetics that I'll go with, Twenty20 is new to me I'll check them out. I did some digging into this gdp but haven't heard back email wise, as far as I've heard it's from Europe. But breeder wise no telling. Lowered the nutes to 1.7-2.0EC to stop any further stress (was checking the buckets to find 2.7-3.0EC at times) while maintaining a good feed. I'll trash all of them but a few, may keep a couple for future test runs to see if I can control the hermie traits. Less stress next time. Really curious as to if they crossed pollen wise or if they each threw out nanners bc of a stress

Either way, the seeds that were produced will still have that trait passed on, as autos don’t produce seeds….well they shouldn’t. Good ones anyways.

Trash bin them if I was you.
