Trying to save 2 damoened off seedlings. Any Advice?

I got 2 seedlings that started dampening off. I saved them and they are alive, but have only 2 TINY TINY fan leaves(maybe a quarter of an inch) The outside of these leaves died, so now only the inner remains.

I know without a doubt a can keep these plants alive to a point where they will take off,I have done it before. my questions is, how can I accelerate this process? Last time it took almost a month for the seedling to re-establish vigor.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Use an organic soil, and give it some Nitrogen, as much light as possible. Next time don't wait till the seed sprouts leaves outside pot, wait for the worm then plant it
