Turkey Bag Storage or Seal a Meal?

Most people use turkey bags, but the vacuum sealed bags with nitrogen enrichment is best and will prevent the finished product from breaking down due to the low to no moisture in the nitrogen. I always make sure my meds are properly dried first then cured in glass sealed jars (burped daily) and then stored in air tight jars. Anyways, the turkey bags will work just fine and always have when I've used them.

Considering using the vacum bags, here are my thoughts.
Properly cured bud could be used at whatever moisture levels that it is. Then freeze for longterm storage.
You would want to slowly and gently bring them back to room temp. when ready to use. And then finish the drying cycle.
I was also considering wrapping with tin foil, to block any light issues.

FWIW, Anchor Hoching makes a number of large galss jars, including an air-tight 2.5 gal that can hold 1.5-2lbs of dry product, depending on its density.

speaking parabolicly, if someone was to grow a couple plants outdoors and yield between four and seven pounds, that's a lot of jars.
things like that happen in reality.
not talking shit about jars, they are good for a half pound or so.
i like classico spaghetti sauce jars.

i cure all my stuff in mason jars, and then for long term storage i seal a meal it up in 1lb packages. but if you do seal a meal it use the pulse button so you dont crush it. the very first time i tried seal a mealing buds a few years back i compacted a whole pound not thinking about it and ended up with brick weed lol it was dank buds but compacted so tight it was hard to break it off the brick lol! it was really difficult to grind in the grinder as well!
LOL 4 to 7 POUNDS off couple plants.. better question WHAT ARE YOU SMOKING!

You can get mason or like jars in gallon sizes, but if you're a mass producing drug dealer ya mason jars probably bit time consuming.

it was outdoor, and yes you can easily get that from 2-3 plants grown in full sun.

My friend this is a common thing where I am from. I know several people who do this consistently off their outdoor plants. I am talking 4 + lb a plant. In Humboldt County you are almost looked down on for not growing dank and many of us grew up growing the stuff. It's a way of life here.

And for curing, I prefer to use large glass pickle jars.
5 pounds per plant or stay home.
granted not everyone wants to get away from the gorilla illegal mindset of growing under forest canopy with shade where plants cant do much.
Some of these guys in my area grow with out water and or very little water so they grow in the shade.

The only issue with this is that you aren't purging all of the air... What I do is use my foodsaver and 6$ mason jar attachment to completely vacuum pack it once it's the perfect moistiness- sometimes I put in a small piece of lettuce to get it just right before sealing it up, but the jar wont compress and crush the contents even at a full vacuum. Toss the jars in the freezer and 2 years later it's like the day I put it in. The lack of o2 keeps the thc and leaves from degrading, while the cold temps keep any molds from being able to grow. Maybe someone has a better way- but for me this has worked really good, and I can show you how dank it is even after nearly 2 years...
