Turning lights on for couple mins in veg stg when the plant is in the dark hours,bad?

Hi

I know that when the m.j. is in the flowering stage its not recomanded to turn on the lights when plant is in the dark hours at ''sleep'' and that this could lead to a herm but what about when we are in the veg stage? Turning lights on for a feew minutes in the dark hours of veg stage could stress the plant resulting in a posible herm?

I sometime turn on a 23w light in that chamber for 2-3 minutes, is this bad in veg stage? Thanks for the answers in advance!

cant hurt in veg tbh, i veg my plants 24/7 no sleep at all. if your worried about that you can use green cfl bulbs/party bulbs for maintenance

Yea dont fuck with the light at any time veg or flower, it will cause hermaphroditic tendencies. Amen to the green bulb brotha those are safe to have on.

the only reason you cant turn lights on during flower is the plant builds up its hormones during the night it needs the hormone build up for 12 hours to flower and continue its flowering. in veg its nothing to worry about having lights off for any time during veg in my opinion is for the grower to save electricity.

Don't mess with the girls when they are sleeping... Bad idea! You wouldn't like to be woken up in the middle of the night would ya? Seriously will cause herm, maybe.... Just leave em alone...IMO

btw my girls get a strict 12/12 flower

the worse that could happen during veg is leaf stress if your lighting is in-consistent..a couple minutes one time wont do a damn thing though..and this is off topic kind of but im just saying this cuz i was reading all the comments, just so ya'll know u can add light at the end of flowering to speed up ur plants metabolism..14hours with the light on max

A good rule is not to disturb your plants in ether cycle, but if you have to it's no big deal in veg, I do it all the time and have for years and don't see any difference. Flower don't risk it. Use the new twister bulbs that are green or get a green led headban light.

its impossible to turn a plant that isnt flowering hermie through stress. So...... i think your pretty safe. lol.

just keep lights on 24/7 like me and you won't have to worry about anything
