Twilight LED Grow Light Questions

So why do you refer to it as the different wattage then 200 watts....Thank you for explaining how you came to 200watts, but that wasn't the question I asked.... Why are you still implying two different wattages...only scammers call it a 3w chip and then explain why it is only 2.1 watts.....just curious why this business model exists, it reflects poorly on legit LED light manufacturers who work their asses off ....

How will warranty claims be handled?

Will working unit be sent out at spiders expense?

Or will buyers need to fix light themselves?

USA based warranty center?

Shipping charges on replacement parts?
Hello,Thanks for your dropping in. it will be sent our free of charge, including the shipping cost. The light is finished products, you can use it when you get. all charges will be our side when replacing parts. The warranty is 3 years.

What we send are in good quality. We want testers to do the best grow joural with our lights and show here to all of you, do you think we will send the bad one for you? No kidding. we will not take the stone to hit our feet. We can also assist your problems on growing. What we do is to help the growers do the excellent working.:weed:

Have you done any reliability testing? What is the mean time between failures? Or the mean time to failure, since in my mind it is a non-reparable system? And not on the LEDs. On the entire lamp assembly.
Yes, we have many testers on 420magazine, you can go through there. If failures, you may find out the reason why failed, if the light's problem, you can tell us or others, this is a good way for our improving on the lights. but if not the light, you can start another new one after you check the problem of your soil, water, seeds and other revelent. this is also a part which we can't control.

We named the watt according to the market. If you like to call 200w, go ahead.

ACTION NOW!! !
Actually, I must say, I am intrigued by your LEDs.
Can I just get the chip? I don't want the case or fans or heat sink or spiders, just the LED.

Thank you for your kind words. why you don't want the whole light? could you share with me?
