sorry that you're going through the pain issue..

and i agree with you when it comes to the reason why you're growing... that how i feel... why spend money on smoke when you can grow it yourself
I perfer to spend money to grow my own with the money I would be spending on smoke to get pretty much free smoke every month:-P:leaf:

Thanks for dropping by. Hope the waiting was well worth the journal that I have started

Day - 2

Temp - 72.0F (22C)
Humid - 30%

I just took a look at my seeds and all of them have sunk to the bottom. I have about 10 of them that have cracked open but on;y a couple with a nice tap root already. I might plant it but I'm not sure yet. I'll wait for a bit since I still need to work on my grow closet area.

Thanks for putting me onto your thread.. Nice glow under those CFL's.. schiza.. Should work nice; good advice to go horizontal..

I popped my seeds in plain water, too -- 100% germ.. don't know why people monkey around with plates, paper towels, heat pads, etc.

I don't know how many days you have to finish your closet area, but MJ seeds can go easily a week in a bright sunlit room, if you want to get things started. Even if they pop up, they can do those first couple days' to a weeks' work without a lot of light (they run off the cotyledons for the first 7-10 days).

Beautiful.. Let 'er rip !!! :bigjoint:

I'm in the process of filling in any gaps that was left when the room got drywalled so I'm sealing thoes off , it should help keep the temp in that area more stedy. I prob have about a day or 2 to finish filling the holes and then 1 day for painting it

I'm sure you've already thought of this, but fresh-painted surfaces put off wicked-ass fumes when you put hot lights in there -- it's more than temp, it's the radiation, too. Don't want to put any MJ babies in there 'til it wicks off for a day or two.

I just have to add to make sure you sterilize your space TB, a squirt bottle with a 60/40 chlorine/water solution sprayed on the walls in your room will kill 80% of contaminents that may be lingering in your room. Good idea with laytex paint, just make sure it has some sheen for reflectivity and you'll be killing two birds with one stone mate. Keep it up, you're lookng good

fhgfh I think it has a bit of a shine to it but prob not much. Its just a temp grow area , I'm going to be building a grow box. I will have to make it so that I can take the hot air from the lights mix it with the cool air from out side to help control the temp of my room and the grow room. I whent with laytex pain because I want to be able to be in my room and do stuff with out getting high off the oil baised paints

The strains that I have chosen are

BC Ice
BC Juicy Fruit
BC Mango
God Bud
Hash Queen
Haze
Kahuna
Northern Lights

Right now I have all my seeds germinating because I know that not all of them are going to live. I will be doing polinating later down the road so I'm going to find the best mom and dad plants for the job :):mrgreen:bongsmilie

almost 100% of Haze and BC Juicy Fruit has poped open but not many has for the rest but that's ok because Haze and BC Juicy Fruit are close to my coffee maker so I'm going to put the other seeds in fresh water plant some of the Haze and BC Juicy Fruit and make a pot of coffee :D
