mine are in such a small pot to,and there about a foot and a half each with alot of lst.....i actually would have only put one plant per pot, but i didnt think the one that isnt hermie was gonna survive ,and it did...

good plan. i caught my hermie just in the nick of time, it was a bad bunch of seeds. luckily i managed to save the other (which later hermied to pieces alas) and there was still about 1/2oz on the one i had to chop.

never underestimate weed, it's all in the name, it survives :D

By the way jon, I have planted pairs of known females of the same breed in planters for years. Never had a single problem. Why? I guess I just didn't know the "rule".

Or maybe, just maybe, being young and inexperienced you just said some stuff you read here. That's cool, I think we all recycle knowledge. Thing is, a lot of it is wrong. If you pass it on you are just another flawed link in a long chain of mistakes.

Perfect. Just look from underneath a lot. They can sneak under a bud and open seemingly overnight. Really it takes a couple-three weeks, but it seems like that when they start popping.

LOL! Fun times..I have had 3 plants in one pot. It was just for fun. They all lived but where males so off to the compost heap. I have heard of growers using soiless beds with up to 40 plants. Anything can work just about as long as you know what you are doing. You feed and water to what they need. Seems simple to me

It is indeed very simple :) Jon doesn't get the point and most likely doesn't know how to grow :) what else would you expect from a 15yr old though ;)

Growers who use shared beds with 100 or more plants seem to do pretty well.It seems to me as long as you have enough room for the roots to grow youll be fine.Ive had 3 in the same large pot and didnt have any problems.

If you have two plants growing in the same container you will definitely have to increase the food and water they need. Let's say you had two plants and they were each in their own plant. You have to water those plants with 1 liter every 3 days. If those two plants were then put in the same container it makes sense that you would have to water them with close to 2 liters every 3 days because the two plants are still going to need the same amount of moisture. Same thing goes for nutrients.

Dear Jon,

Allow me to post from your other thread, titled "Need advice."

Okay i need some advice, I have two plants in a box lined with foil, to reflect some of the light. They are both in veg, under a 42 wt cfl, and a 1000 wt cfl. one is a clone and the other one sprouted maybe 20-30 days ago, the clone is afgooey, and the other one is sharksbreath. The clone is around 6-8 1/2 in. with about 3 or 4 nodes, sharksbreath is around 6'' but is far more bushy then the clone, and has almost 6 nodes. I believe they are both in foxfarm soil, I'm not going to be using nutes, but maybe molasses later on. Any insight? do you guys have a recommendation of when I should turn then to a 12/12 schedule? :bigjoint:
shit. haha well i'm going to get mylar and what nutes do you suggest? and room isnt an issue but I dont want to exactly wait forever I have zero patience.. I kinda wanna harvest before school, but I wanna get atleast 100 grams from each plant dry
haha yeah sorry guys, i meant 100 watt cfl, i have alot of cfl's and some have mecury in it, but if i have over three on it get's way too hot and yeah its pretty much my first grow, even though i have helped some friends occasionally hah but Really? well to be honest I'de be happy to get 50 grams dry out of them both haha. but can you guys give me any advice? here's my currrent set up.. I'll probably end up changing it if anyone has some good advice, how do you think there doing?

You are in the veg stages of your first two plants, and you are going to come in here, act like a complete asshole, give shitty advice, and try to slander people. I regret offering you advice in your thread.
