Two weeks in; how we doin ?

Two weeks in after germination (18 days total). It's been a real real long time since the last time I grew weed. I find these a bit slow. Am I impatient ?

lookin good, do you have a fan blowing over them? if not, try it, it will keep them from beingso streachy and build the stem thickness up

The serrated tips are standing up and the leaves look a tad bit stressed. At least the ones on the left. I could be wrong, but that's usually a sign to raise the light a little.
