I just hope it's big enough to start.. I think so though... there are like 2 tops on one that is JUST over the screen, and the other is like an inch or two FROM the screen... should be good to go though... I'll be running 12/12 from 19:00 - 07:00 - So when I come back home @ 7:00 tonight.. I'll take some pics.. and see where we're at..
Ok... so I got a few new snaps... they aren't the greatest... but this is where we're at for now...
Oh yea... I also noticed that one of my apparent '2700s' is in fact a '4100' (Must have gotten switched up in the box... which of COURSE I've thrown out now... :/)... so... I realize the plants won't use that light spectrum... so should I even bother having it in the box? Do you think 5 42w bulbs would suffice?
So.... since switching... and keeping the water the same.. the leaves on the bottom are brown, and the whole plant is REALLY droopy. I'm assuming it likely just needs more water now... lights are hotter, and whatever...
The soil was pretty well bone dry... and I just watered them...
Probably water, though she should perk up pretty quickly. Do you have a fan blowing on them as well? If not, may be a good idea to get one, helps strengthen the stems, prevent mold/bud rot and get fresh air to your lady.
Thanks... yea... I have one... I just made up an 'N' rich batch of nutes.. so I'm going to give them that.. as well... and spray them with it too... right after the light cycle is over... should be good...
This FACKIN' browning of the leaves, and yellow spots bullshit is worse... but I THINK it's more or less stable...
After reading a bunch... (and losing a SHIT TON of fan leaves... :S) it would seem that it MAY have been a N deficiency. I didn't start the flowering nutes before switching.. and that may have caused it? I dunno.. never the less one plant is REALLY missing a LOT of leaves now... as it's all bare in the middle... with some bunched up yellow...
It's as though they are all kinda bunching together... very strange...
The other one has even tops.. with a few yellow and brown spotted leaves on the bottom...
I FINALLY fed them a batch of my flowering nutes... so I'm hoping this'll figure itself out... :S
On yea! I also took one of the two that was small... the one that was doubled up in the one pot? Anyway... I took it outside.. and just stuck it in my ficus tree pot for fun.. no nutes, watering, or whatever... and this is what I came up with... lol
Soooooo... GREAT news... the plants don't seem to be browning/dying anymore.. they're kinda bare from all the leaves that we lost.. but are bouncing back, and looking great...
Should be nice... they're just over the screen now... and filling out nicely... I'll take pics soon...
