a year and work release is nothing i would do that i could do that standin on my head .out here sale of over 14 grams gets you a year and sale over a qp get you 5 years . and you get a year for possion of a oz and 5 year for possion out a half lb

Yeah virginia sucks, but I think those laws are a little out dated. I am hoping I do not go to jail. I will let everyone know the verdict. And if I need a place to stay in cali. Im sexy where are the women at who need a strong young man athletic too

My kid's making moves to move out, and I need a kitchen witch and someone to do the stuff my back won't let me. You can have your own room and Directv, high speed internet connection. If this is your first offense you will most likely not do any time, just probabation with an ajudicated sentence. Get a lawyer if you can afford it, and dress nicely on your court date, tell the judge that you screwed up and you don't want it to ruin the rest of your life.
You should be fine.

dude if you gotta do time ask your lawyer if you can get weekends then you will be in with a bunch of middle aged white guys that have dui's not so bad and your out all week for your job if you got one. i dona like 30 weekends and it was cake sneek in some tylonal pm's and your set
