actually that plant looks very healthy for 9-weeks into flower
the fan leaves are supposed to yellow and die at this point
the buds are pulling all the nutrients from the fan leaves
perfectly normal - looks like a great grow -congratulations
Looks like a little too much N, to me. Like mentioned above, the plant should be burning up the energy in it's leaves right now, so it's time to back off on the N, and let it do it's thing.
