unexpected problem please help

I have a female plant that i have been growing indoors, under 6 42 watt cfls. She has been under 12/12 for 3 weeks now, but do to an unexpected problem I am going have to move her out side for about a week. I was just wandering what to expect from the indoor to outdoor transition, and the switch from 12/12 to about 14/10 outside.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Could go in 1000 diffrent directions. I will say the trasition will requre the plant to adapt to a new enviornment. Then when you bring it back in it will have to do it again.
