this is probably a question for my lawyer, but.... you guys know anything about unsupervised probation? drug tests? responsibilities?

unsupervised is just what it sounds like. unsupervised. you wont have to worry about drug test, i blv.....
well at least i didnt when i was unsupervised probation. i was even allowed to leave the state.

no because i had never got supervised probation.
i lucked out and the judge sentenced me with unsupervised

Just don't get into any trouble meanwhile, and its all good. You don't have to do jack.
If you get into trouble, they can go back, take a look at your prior, and say
"You were supposed to be a good boy for the next 2 years!! Looks like we'll have to institutionalize you into a career criminal!"
"Fee's, Fines, classes,more probation,hoops to jump through... and everytime you slip, we'll be there to make more and more trouble!"
Pot Smoking is the gateway for you to find yourself on the wrong side of the law son!

I'm on 6 month probation right now, have been since January. I have to go see my PO every Wednesday and have not had any drug tests, so I think mine is unsupervised.. Good luck on yours.!!
