Update On First Grow- Plus More Problems- Please Help

The yellowing of the leaves on my last thread was almost almost gone thanks to the helpful advice but now they've taken a turn for the worse...

Any suggestions or ideas about whats going on here and how to fix it is appreciated.

How long u got left on them mate? Near the end a lot of the fan leaves will yellow n die off,the plant knows itself its comin to an end. It looks from the pictures that it is only the fan leaves so a wouldnt b worryin at thos late stage.

Looks to me like u almost ready for the chop bro

like scotia said. i think i read something about the plant putting all its energy into the budd to try and get pollenated before its life cycle ends. i wouldnt worry about it my first grow looked worse than that. i had burned fuck out of them with the light and nutes but they still came through. my second grow was better but even then the bottom leaves would turn yellow and fall off. i'd be picking dead leaves out of the soil daily for the last week or 2

Your pot was too small, next time a much bigger pot, monitor the Ph and this will not happen. If you have nice big green leaves right up untill harvest day you will harvest max potential wieght for that strain, follow my advice and see for your self.

thank you for posting that. i have never believed a plant should look like that. my plants stay beautiful all the way to harvest. the last 2 weeks is when buds swell and most try to starve them.

Each to their own imo... What works for you might not for someone else!! A think you'l also find the question was what can he do to fix the problem which at this late stage is not much. My plants yellow n leaves fall off and I wouldnt say my yields or anythin else has been affected.

So theres not much I can do? they look terrible like they've got all sorts of defeciencies, I have thought from the start that the pots are way too small for a 4 and a half foot to five foot plant but ive literally used every bit of space i have in the DR60. If im this close to harvest should I not be feeding them to sort out these defeciencies?

the damage is done to the leaves mate, they wont get better if you treat it, they just wont get any worse. to get a perfect looking plant imo you'd have to grow the same strain again and again to find out the need of it through the life cycle and give it everything it needs at the right time. growing new strains you wont know exactly what it wants untill you see the signs. like yellowing leaves or rust spots ect ect.

just gone 2 months yesterday that i put it on 12/12, I do think its alot to do with what chop chop said about the pot being too small because the margin for error with the nutrients and that is alot smaller

Shouldnt matter m8 u would.need to increase ur nutes to cover deficiencies no matter how big ur pot is. If your pot was to small, how come ur plant got so big??

I have no idea how or why they got that tall, I had a look at your phycosis and it was all bushy and that same with a few other plants ive seen and i was wondering how u keep it that short and stocky.

as scotia and mrt say it near end life esp if 2 month flowering. plants in nature wont b all lush green n full leaves at that stage. they will shed leaves and sometimes yellow up as they suck the n from leaves.
another reason y some flush is to eat up as much plants stored nutes. ment to improve taste.
so if ya plants lush green at end flowering i wood say could taste quite nasty n chemicially
on seperate note tho i can see a lil nute burn and mayb lil ph problems have happened during the grow. nothing to over worry about tho

look up supercropping or lst'ing. it tells you how to train you plant to the shape you want but on the first go i found its better just to leave them go to get experience and then build from there. im not going to flush on this grow to see if the taste is any different

What a was meaning was it ur pots were too small u wouldnt hve those monsters.

The pyscho a dne last time was lst'd to look like a scrog. The one av got this time is 12/12 from rooted clone so they dnt get very big. Lst'n is easy all ur doin is tyin ur canopy dwn so tht it is even, its good when u have height issues n such

mixing it up mr t i like it best way find answers dude
yeah mate. i was talking to an american on a scrog thread and he seamed to know his shit. he told me about the leaves curling up means not enough of something and curling down means too much. he said that hes done side by sides in soil and hydro, flushing and not flushing but the only way he can tell a difference is with slow drying and curing. he said all the flushing and organics in soil are myths but im yet to try it myself

yeah ive heard about that low stress training but i thought i'd give it a miss for 2 reasons 1 being the fact that im short on horizontal space and not vertical and 2 being i wasnt confident about fixing branches that ive bent too much, all that duck or gaffa tape loose but not too loose business i could be bothered with

fuck the gaffa tape. i snapped 1 of the branches and just used a pipe cleaned to tie it to the fan leaf above and it healed within a week
