When did you get your seeds from Upper Canada Seed Bank?

How long did it take you to get your order from Upper Canada Seed Bank? What month and year was that?

I'm seeing quite a few complaints about Upper Canada Seed Bank on social media. They seem to still have problems getting back to customers and sending out orders. They did however accept my email transfer fairly quickly.

I placed my order over 2 months ago on Feb 21, 2018. Sent multiple emails with URGENT in the subject line like they ask you to do if you have not received your order... no reply. The website contact form doesn't work for me asking for javascript and cookies to be enabled while they already are. My order number was 5 thousand something so I wonder just how many people have not received their goods.?? Does anyone know if making a complaint at the Better Business Bureau (BBB) does any good? Does anyone know a phone number or any form of contact other than the email address ___ sales at uppercanadaseedbank dot ca ____ or support at uppercanadaseedbank dot ca ____ ?

The only form of payment they accept is an email transfer. When customers trust a vendor like this they really shouldn't leave you hanging. Unless they make good and respond to these problems publicly with some explanation I would stay away from them. There are plenty of banks out there that seem to be more professional.

They scammed me too buddy. It’s been 6 or 7 weeks five emails sent to all of there different emails with urgent and order # in subject box. They are a bunch of tools I’m on a budget and blew it on these ass clowns.
 
Update, got this email yesterday May 7... I'll update again once I receive something. (if I receive something)

"Don't have any of the Ace seeds in stock, but I can send you a 10pack of the strawberry cough?
Or I can refund, let me know what works best"
 
Update, The very next day May 7, 2018 after posting my review with survey in a new thread here I received this email:

"Don't have any of the Ace seeds in stock, but I can send you a 10pack of the strawberry cough?
Or I can refund, let me know what works best"

So I respond on May 8, 2018 and immediately get an auto response:

"We are out of office until May 16th. All emails will be answered after that time."

Ya I sent them another email yesterday and got the same response actually that’s the only email out of 6 I actually got a response from. What a joke 6 weeks 4 days no beans

"No problem. Sending out via Express tracking # MW 485 644 340 CA with some freebies.
Sorry for the delay, had to fly out for the week."

Looks like there is hope yet.

Well imagine my surprise to see my seeds in the mailbox a couple of days ago on the 23rd... 3 months after ordering. Today shows first signs of sprouts and yes, there were a few freebies. My impression is that this business is a one man show probably not intentionally ripping people off but rather dropping the ball and following the "squeaky wheel gets the grease" business model for damage control.

Upper Canada Seedbank are involved in pure internet fraud, period. His site states you will get a refund if not happy, 3 emails begging this fraudulent vendor have gone unanswered, he has my $100 - for 6 weeks now and I have nothing but heartburn, and a lighter wallet! To report internet fraud in Canada: contact the RCMP - link not allowed here.

I hope to get this fraudulent predator shut down. I am a medical marijuana patient, so I have no issue contacting the RCMP!

I am a disability Canada med grow patient also . I never thought to check if they were thieves ffs . Ordered $175 of seeds I needed to plant July 31 , 2018 and have received nothing . no reply or more importantly refund after 2 emails.

stealing from the sick and poor . Karma is going to suck for those bastards .

Since you are also a medical marijuana patient, why not report Upper Canada Seedbank to the RCMP internet fraud division, that's the only way to shut this fraudulent site down. Friends don't let friends buy from Upper Canada Seed Fraud.

Ya fuck these guys. They held my cash for like 2 months and didn't respond to my emails or anything. I did finally get it back, but I will never waste my time with them again.

I'm in the same boat. I ordered on Nov 11, 2018 and the end of December started trying their
automated system. Got no help. E-mailed and e-mailed. Used the e-transfer section to request
a refund. Did not receive any response that says they even care. Tried two other vendors
since and I received my order on the second week with both. That's the way it is supposed to work.
Do not take a chance on them. There is too many GOOD sites to even bother.

Sorry to hear that. If you read on their site they say that if you don't put 'urgent' in the email title then they won't even read it (which is ridiculous lol). I sent an email to every address I could find for them with urgent in the title and finally my money came back....these losers couldn't even respond ffs


I'll say it one more time for Google to find:

Do not order from upper canada seed bank, it is a giant scam!

Glad I never sent no money to those morons.
Always best to see other people experience with seed banks.
I even stopped buying from breeders. Rather buy from a seedbank.
My experience with rusty at cannaventure was not very good so rather buy from seed banks from now on. Legit ones...ones who have a good track record.

My experience has been the opposite, I get better everything from breeders directly vs a seedbank, fresher stock, better freebies, get to ask breeder direct questions. I've only heard good things about Cannaventure and Rusty so I'm shocked to hear you had such a bad experience.

I have used upper canada seedbank 3 times and received my seeds in under 2 weeks in Breeder packaging each order, my seeds were from Ripper Seeds and were the real deal, all seeds sprouted and were the strain advertised.
