Uprooting???

My plant is uprooting and i was wondering if it was ok to use spreader mat to cover the roots up.

Why not just topfill with dirt or transplant?

I did transplant. I used rockwool but i don't have any left.

i had this problem, your talking about when the roots start to come through the top of the soil to the light right ? i however used soil and just top'ed it up with more soil ! its been a week and i aint seen any roots..
