using aircooled reflector without fan

ok i have been running an air cooled reflector but grow room has been very cold to use withou fan do i just have to take ducting off or do i have to take the glass out too i am concered for a fire hazard

i would take off the glass if you don't need air cooling anymore. that way no light is diffused when passing through the glass.

I would leave the glass on so that your plants have a buffer in case they try to grow into the light. If you are trying to warm up your grow room just unhook the ducting or reroute it so it exhausts back into your grow room.
