You can use it the whole grow, I've been usin Jack's Citrus for years
I thought when its budding you want to go away from nitrogen? Other wise I get bright green leaves at the end. Probably not giving me the best.

lower dose yes, you are right. I also use Jack's Aquagold for flower it's a 7-15-30
a 1-2-3 ratio
Ok I will add a little nitrogen late in life. Just don't want to harvest a dark green plant anymore. I want the chemical break down near end of life. Trying to improve end product that way.

5.6 value for N is very acceptable for bloom!
You could simply raise the P&K at week 3 and be just fine where you are with that N of 5.6!
Here's a cpl of P&K boosters that would work well for that..

Hesi Phosphorus Plus
IONIC Boost

These are just a cpl from off the top on my head. They run around 0-7-5 and would be just the P&K ticket to make citrus a fantastic bloomer! REMEMBER to NOT add the P&K till week 3 of bloom and you'll be real happy!

There it is then...

Actually, what you propose is really not going to help......Green at the end is good.....Flushing is a myth and all your chemical "break down" is in a very proper dry and cure!

QUITE right!

Must be somewhat blind today - wife has me hopping. She had a complete knee replacement and came home Thurs.....She's just falling into her routine and the PT person is due in 5 min.......I can feel her post therapy pain already.....
I got the State trap championships starting next Tues. and have the youngest son training to take my place so I can compete....Gunna miss the wife on the line but, she will be up for the fall team shoot to take a shot at our class championship (been in second for 2 years)......She says I must go and get a break - kind of a stress freak right now...
