Using superthrive, 1/4 recommended strength?

This is the first time using nutes of any kind for me, but I think I read somewhere to use nutes at 1/4 the recommended strength. Heres my question, About how much should I put in a gallon of water. It says use 1/4 teaspoon per gallon.

all u need is 1 drop per gallon

if u want to give it at 1/4 strength just divide one drop by four... that'd be one quarter drop
