Using weed to feed weed

So has anyone tried this? I’m currently fermenting nettles for a few weeks as I saw it’s a good way to extract nutrients for free. And get rid of those pesky nettles.

Then it struck me. Could you do the same with weed? Take your clippings from harvest day and ferment them for a few weeks to make a feed?

In theory this should contain all the nutrients in the right quantities no?

Any input is most welcomed

You definitely can, assuming you re-use the soil in a no-till environment of course. Just ask Northwood or take a look at ongoing his thread. Entirely possible to create a closed system using nothing more than decomposed material from your prior harvests, its just something that takes time to achieve, but very much possible and as efficient as it is affordable.
