USPS New package machines. 10 Avg delay

I wasn't sure where posting this would be relevant, so I chose here. Appearently the postal service is testing new machines, five facilities around the country have them since February of this year. I read somewhere that it is causing a lot of delays, about 10 days on average on both domestic and foreign packages.

Looks like they are surveying people who have had experience with them now.
