Vaping ok after wisdom tooth removal?

Just got one wisdom tooth removed and wondering if vaping is just as bad as smoking? I have some edibkes too if not.

I've always smoked cigarettes and weed after have wisdom teeth pulled. No instructions from the dentist to avoid these activities, and no problems on this end...

On my aftercare direction it says no smoking. I figured vaping wouldn't be as bad. Maybe while I have gause over wound it would be better. Something about the smoke bacteria getting in the wound I think

I've been told to not smoke by dentists as they say it will lead to "dry socket". Its not the smoke, its the sucking action, they also said don't use a straw.
Take the edibles for a day or 2

Yea it's to prevent dry socket that's right. Dam thing hasn't stopped bleeding yet but want to get stoned without eating edibkes

My dentist said to put a moistened teabag over the wound and leave it for as long as you can. Something in the tea promotes clotting. And try not to fuck with it lol, he said put it in and forget about it

If it's a vape bag sure.. Just avoid negative pressure in your oral cavity as single malt had mentioned.

You Don't Want Suction As SC MN On A Straw Cig Etc As YOU WILL Cause A Dry socket AND Be IN Alot of Pain. Pack gauze into wisoon tooth hole and bite down own it then smoke

Yea that was my thought has the wound covered while I smoke. Doing it now lol. The tea bag works cause of the acids in it. Help to clot the blood. Thank you all the responses

Yeah, wet down some cotton and put it over the hole. Vape gently - like from a bag. PM me all your pain meds stat.
