Veg light help

I’m looking at building a custom cob fixture for my
Veg tent. I’m planning on going with meanwell drivers and cxb3590 cobs.

They’ve got options of 4000k, 5000k, and 6500k all at 70cri as well as a 3500k at 80cri. I know 3500k is preferred for seed to flower but with these being used for veg only what would be my best bet? Is the 70 vs 80cri going to be a noticeable? Obviously I would like to use a higher temp spectrum I’m just not sure how the slightly lowered cri will effect it. I’m also open to mixing temp spectrums. Would it be more beneficial to have one spectrum on one half of the tent for the smaller girls and then a slightly different o e for the other half to move them as they get older/closer to flower?

I am also torn between running a 185h-c700 with 8 cobs softer or running a 185h-c1400 and running 4 harder. I’m planning on building one light per side of my tent so each light will be designed to cover a 4x4 area

They all go under a mix of 3000k vero29 gen 7’s and 3500k Cree cxb3590 for flower

With the 185-1400 you can still run 8, you just run 2 rows of 4 in series, paralleled off the drivers neg and pos
