Ok so I'm running undercurrent, using their nutes,
cultured solutions a/b (veg/flower)
Uc roots (sterilizer)
Calimagic(.5-1ml gallon)

My tap water comes out at 30 ppm on the 500 scale, I don't use ro... I have tested my water and it came up negative for all the bad stuff (home hydro water test kit)

Like it says I'll have BRIGHT WHITE roots, then I change res and a the next day the roots go to light cream color, I add more uc roots 3-5 ml gallon, the next day they are darker/sliming... I usually add another 1-3ml per gallon uc roots... About a week later things are on track and bright white roots....

I do a res change a week later and it's continue the cycle.... Makes me not want to change the res as often as I should...

I finally bought a danner 40w uv filter, ran it with a 700gph pump for about an hour or so with 30 gallons of water and I got the same issue...

Did I not run the uv filter long enough? Is it something in the system even though I bleach sterilize (let system run for 24 hrs with a cup or 2 of bleach) and it still comes back

Help me please! This has been going on for months. Not one single problem in flower, crushing it otherwise...

what cooper said! the slime can be from the light... are your buckets black??? also, are the hose youre running clear? keep your water temp at 68% to avoid root rot, i drop a frozen bottle of water (unopened, it doesnt really make a difference if its open or not) and i drop one in there every so often. i remove the melted one and continue the cycle. i use maxi nutes, shit works greeeeeeeeat, maybe its your nutes? probably not but its worth checking out i would hate to lose a crop. dirtymccurdy just dropped the knowledge, subculture B by GH is a bacterial root inoculant, it helps with the amount of nutes your plant can take in at once (in other words better absorption), also helps with yield (only used it once, never again, didnt really see a difference in yield/size helped with roots tho, i could have used it wrong but its almost impossible to do so) 1/2 TEASPOON PER EVERY 5 GALLON OF WATER. some people drop 1 teaspoon per gallon but that killed one of my ladies. i figured it was big enough to take a concentrated dose but i was wrong...
