Veg. to flower

hey all i was wondering if anyone usually flushes their soil plants when they are about to go into flower. Also, i am using bontanicare line nutes and it says on the bottle when you are going to go into flower that you use both the grow and the bloom nutes at the same time Is that correct? i know sometimes people dont always follow the companys nute schuedule for mary jane. any and all input would be great
