how would one properly vent heat and fresh air in a closet?

im pretty sure im not going to be able to drill anything to the outside world so im kinda confused if "fresh" air means air from outside the closet, then i can probably do that, but if it means air from outside the house i dont think that will be possible

Fresh air means fresh air. Indoor and outdoor. Whether or not you need outdoor depends on whether or not you have enough fresh air in the room your closet is in. The larger the space you have the easier it is for air to circulate.

Here are some tips:

-Try to keep the door of the closet open when it is safe to do so.
-Have a small fan gently blowing in the grow space in order to create air movement.
-Remember that it is more effective to pull air out with a fan than it is to push air out with a fan.
