Ventilation Help

I'm setting up my 4x4 grow tent today inside my storage room in my apartment.
The space is about 6.5x9, and doesn't have a window I can vent out of or intake from. My question is would I be able to intake from one of the vents and just vent into the storage room itself or vise versa

Thanks for helping!

Are you asking about the vents in the wall or the vents in your tent?
You have air coming in from the ceiling vent.
Not sure what that cover on the wall is.
Maybe someone who does a closet grow can help you out.
But a 4X4 will put out some heat, and once you have full grown plants in there you'll have humidity to deal with as well.

I believe it is an exhaust fan, it runs when I hit the light switch.

I'm asking can I run ducting to one of the registers to intake air directly into the tent since there is no window, or would I run into some kind of problem training this?
