Ventilation Help

I got 9 plants under a 400hps and 4 26w CFL's
I'd like to pipe the exhaust out of the floor, i know it usually
goes out of ceiling but this is my only option. Intake I wanna do
via a hole in the door towards bottom with a vent grate over it,
on inside i'll put a 8inch Metal Duct Fan (already have). For Exhaust
I'll use A Sunleaves Inline Fan, so heres my question I want to tie in my
carbon filter so i'd like to do something like this.. Cut hole in floor
but a Wye Branch Going Into it, Have One Inline Fan Blowing From the Reflector And Another Sucking Air Thru A Carbon Filter, Thru Fan And Into Other Wye Branch Port.. Would This Be Effective?

no......you have to vent from the top.......go back and stare at the area for a while and youll figure out a way.....venting from the bottom of the grow space will do no good....all you will do is exchange air in the bottom of the cab not all throughout like you would want....warm stale air rises and thats what you want to get rid of......

Here's an idea? Lol! Hang your carbon in the air and then use that flexi tubing and run it to the ground and out. Just make sure your fan is rated to exchange all that air in the room in about 5 min. Probably faster since you'll have bends in your ducting. Good Luck! Oh yeah, you're going to have one fan pulling air through the carbon and the light via y connector???

Oh yes I know the exhausting will start from the ceiling and pumped out the bottom, the intake will come thru the door, at the bottom, i think this part will work because there is an AC vent right outside the door on the floor. I think its a dumb idea too, but my compadre doesn't want his ceiling cut up.. Which is retarded, Cut thru floor of a trailer or cut thru the closets shitty ceiling

well I wanted to do both, I have a cool junior reflector, so i could directly hook the venting, this is why I wanted a Wye Branch for the Exhaust port, One coming from the Carbonsrubber on the ceiling, with inline fan in middle of tubing, then another inline fan pulling air out of my reflector going into the other port on the wye branch.

Which ever way he wants since it's his trailer. Just make sure that fan is rated to move that air and you shouldn't have a problem with that. That intake is cool to just watch your humidity, that cold air is dry.

well thats good i think high humidity might be a problem at the moment, our space is like 170sqft 4x6x7 The fan i have now, that i'll use for the reflector is rated at 210cfm. The other I plan on getting to pull the air through the Carbonfilter will be 409cfm, does this mean I can use a comp fan for intake, or even have a passive intake? with 613cfm minus the bends in the tubing, should be more then enough?

Yes I agree it's his trailer, it's his decision.

Oh yeah. That'll work. I've never used an intake fan because it heats up the air. Passive is fine. Sounds like you got something going on, send pics when you get it done. Good Luck!
