Ventilation Question

I am setting up my frist grow and i have a question. I recently realized that i need to have either my exaust or my intake coming from or going to outside in order to keep the fresh air fresh. Considering its a grow room inside of a closed off other room. I have a window that i could use but my problem is that it tends to get cold at night here like colder than 55 sometimes below freezing. During the day all year round i should have no problem with using the outdoor air for intake. So that brings me to the question of whether i should have the intake coming from my already climate controlled house and the exaust going outside. The problem with doing that however is that im going to have to angle the duct to get it out. So the root of the question is should i risk using outdoor air as intake or have a bend in my outgoing duct.

If anyone has any alternative ideas im open for suggestions :)

PS dont hesitate to tell me if im overanalyzing this as i do it alot lol

you do not have to have air from or to outside for your grow room. air from other rooms in your house will have sufficient co2 for your plants.

the reasons to vent outside are odor or temperature regulation.

If I have the intake and the exaust coming and going from the same enclosed room wont that cause the air to just be recycled?

it really just depends man the plants need to breath is all man. If your in your room do you pass out from breathing in all the oxygen in the air? obviously not but if you were in a box that was air tight and recieved no fresh air you would surely die. Like desert said proper ventilation is often needed to keep the smell contained and/or to keep the heat down and some of the oxygen can accumate around the leaves so having a fan blowing air around the isides of an enclosure also. You don't necessarily have to cut holes in walls.
