Ventilation Question

I am going to be running a 4x2x5 tent with a 400w HPS. The HPS is temporary I am going to switch to a 200 W induction soon. The ambient temperatures in the room are 71-75 F. I am going to be using a TD-100x rated at 153 CFM max with a carbon filter. Do you think I can run the grow with just the TD-100x on a bare bulb, or should I spend the extra $60 on ducting and duct fan when I know I will be switching to induction.

Well, if you do go with the ducting setup, you will have a backup readily available incase something goes wrong with the induction light setup, just a thought.

Yeah I am going to bite the financial bullet and get the duct and duct fan. Seeing as the length for ducting is 25 ft and I need 5-6, what is the best way to cut ducting.

You can get aluminum semi-ridgid duct at Home Depot or Lowes or any hardware store and it comes in 4', 6' and 8' lengths from 3" up to 8" and it is far superior to flexible plastic duct.

Here is a shot of some 4" that I have in my upper veg. cabinet.
Hope this helps
