i dont think you want to be using it for long ! i know myself that it will smell of vinegar as it builds up ! maybe mold ? just dont use it to long , your plant looks the dogs bollocks m8 ..it looks good cos you've sorted the P h ..keep it up broOk So my tap water runs about 8.1 and the last 2 weeks I have been using Vinegar to lower the ph of my water. It has been amazing this far. I have herd people saying the use lime juice but it will eventually spoil in the soil. Is it the same with the vinegar?

why would it build up, what doesnt runoff gets taken in by the plants, and everything else evaporated, i dnt think its gonna cause problems, i have a creek near some plots, and the ph is a little high, rite around an 8, i figured out today that a 1/2 tsp vinegar/gal of water, brings it down where i need it, so theyll be getting creek water with a splash of vinegar from here on in, and in all seriousness i dnt thing a 1/2 tsp per gal is rele enough to cause issue
