@ViparSpectra, I was reading your charts on the ks5000, are you sure these numbers are correct?

Its claiming the ks5000 will replace a 1k hid, I'm finding this hard pressed with just drawing 500w..

I have other lights that are 450w and their ppfd is closer to a 600w then a 1k hid.

I'm curious to test this light under my par meter, it just seems those numbers are off.

Also claims the ks5000 has 3.10 efficiency, that's incredible, I really need to put this light under a meter and see for myself

They're British loafers. Possibly driving shoes, lol. They get quite a bit of use. I found a pair in a thrift store like 15 years ago and just keep replacing them with the same shoe. This may be my 4th pair I think. The dogs chewed them up a little recently, they're still functional, but it's about time to replace them. The brand is called Clark's.
