Visine is drug pharaphenilia?

A friend recently told me the if you have visine on you and weed you can get charged with possesion of drug pharaphenelia.:confused:

Come on... Can the visine in anyway aid in your quest to get high? Then how can it be pharaphenelia. I wear socks when I get high, can that be considered pharaphenelia if I'm busted with weed too?

no but if you use your sock as a screen then yes it could be considered para or if you load your sock up with dryer sheets then blow smoke into it then yes its paraphenalia...god im soooooo high

Well he was serious when he was telling me that if u have visine and weed on you at the same time they can hit you with Poss. Of Pharaphenelia.

I'd be more worried about getting caught with the weed. I mean, caught with weed... bad. Caught with Visine and weed.... still bad. Who cares?
