I have a designated grower who has yet to supply me with anything and does now not respond to calls this has been the case since they paired me with him in November of last year I have a 5g a day limit and have been unable to medicate as a result I will be in and out of hospital the week after next and will be in and out for a year roughly I wanted to ask if anybody knew what to do. I am sure that this has been done before and some advise would be appreciated.

There is a lawyers video within this section of Canadian patients. If you seriously want something done about this with some weight, spend a few hundred and go and have them write you up a letter to Health Canada describing the events and the outcomes that you have expressed here followed by what you want. I believe it's conroy and company. You can write into health canada yourself and sit in the line up and wait 8 weeks but if you bang some pots you'll get heard and action will be quicker. YOu have the right to fire a DG and you have the right to find one yourself also. I put the lawyer link up and I know it is still on the first page. Otherwise if you just write in to H/C you're going to be waiting for awhile like so many other people who have endured countless problems. Best of luck.

Then why ask people for advice? If you want to sit in the hole your in by all means do so. I generally like to see people find ways to get out of the hole that they're in and then be active and do something about it.

Its not that I do not want your advise I looked at the lawyer that you suggested and if only a few hundred, I do not mind. However I have never managed to retain a lawyer at this price as the reviewing the case and consult in my mind could not be less then 2 hours followed by whatever we decide and most lawyers are anywhere from 150-250 an hour and wonder if anybody else has used him for this kind of matter and the outcome of the case. The lawyer is located in B.C. and I am not and wonder if this would be problematic. Have you used this lawyer? If so for what and the outcome? and if not what made you recommend him

You don't have to use him in particular. I know he's a specialist in marijuana is why I suggested him. There are many others and keep in mind that BC has the majority of prescriptions as well as the majority of marijuana specialist lawyers. You could send in a letter to them or call them. In my experience a consult is usually free. I have had letters drafted for me by lawyers and they generally get the desired effect. I have read of people using these kinds of lawyers to get that desired effect with Health Canada. That's why I suggest you do the same. To save money, what I did was I went in with the letter already drafted as best as I could write it up between myself and my girlfriend. Then they tweak it and by doing that you cut their time down considerably. In Australia as an example the cost was only $150 for a letter to be written on another matter. ALso, I would suggest you keep talking to people hear and get the jist of what people are so pissed off about and just what you're pissed off about pertaining to Health Canada. Then add in what your points are and how your needs haven't been met. My outcome in Australia was quite good. It made the people who received it take notice and I got some attention pretty quickly. Best of luck man.
