You could do that but instead try balancing the diffrence and use something like 15-20-20 You've still got some stretching to do ya know.
 
And I don't mean 15-20-20 EXACTLY, but something with more of an N source than 10 because you still have stretching.

That's true, I'll give that a try for the next few waterings. Let me show you one more pic: Just the top of stem is turning. Also, it's purple where the stem connects to the leaf, but doesnt go any further.

I see that all the time. It's common in Indicas from what I understand . There are actually a couple of my stems that look like that right now. It's never been a problem for me at all.
 
You won't need that extra P from the looks of your girls. If your plants look that healthy now just stick to your regimine til you see more pre-flowers. I only suggested using the 15-20-20 ratio so you don't cut out too much N just yet. And you're welcome :D

that happened to me with my first grow. i had small shitty closet grow with 250 w HPS and the thing was gettin real hot.i was forced to keep the doors opened... anyway i was 3 days out of town and my sister was closed the doors .... the plant was online *in a couple of days lol...the cannabis plants are the tuffist crops ever.
 
Update:

Day 11 of Flower :D

Girls are lookin gorgeous, Wappa is definitely my baby girl though. Wappa is 22.5 inches tall and Blue Mystic is 20.5 inches tall. Wappa smells absolutely delicious. I took her to another room to get pics in daylight and she smelled incredible the whole way down the hall. A VERY sweet smelling plant, almost sickly sweet.

Temps: Average 84F but got to 90F at one point yesterday. Lights off around 74F.
