After the usda dropped the 3% or less thc thing recently. It sounds like it's legal to ship cuts in the country now. If not 100% legal, it's not something to worry much about. I ship and receive cuts pretty frequently. I had a package intercepted last winter and got a call from a federal employee about it. I told him they were cbd cuts and he put them back in the mail for me.
Different Federal agencies
USDA
Post Office
FBI
DEA
HSA

The last 4, do work together, AND DEA don't give 2 farts what USDA says about marijuana vs. hemp.....THEY set the cannabis policy!

Marijuana is still against Federal law, period. That makes it a federal no, no to ship it...... You might blow smoke up some postal workers ass but, if they want to, they will charge you.

The person in question here, who had cuts pulled. A VERY well known and respected member..... Things from high probability area's get more scrutiny..... These were simply cuts.... As of yet, I have not heard of any clones (rooted in clone shippers) being intercepted...

The one that got big attention? Carts being intercepted....1 whole multi recipient shipment worth. Even an amount as small as 5 carts..... Sender went right back at it too......Nothing more then a notification in the tracking that they had been pulled.... Man, I couldn't do that.....Like the sword of Damocles hanging over my head..... Some folks need to use drop shippers for crap sake.. And not multi order parcels at a time...

You're right but a lil box with a few cuttings isn't going to garner the attention of the feds, unless you're on they're radar already. From my experience the postal service doesn't have time to mess with this stuff, that's why my package was put back in the mail last winter. I mean are they really going to take the time to prove there's thc in those cuttings and come after someone over a couple snips? I haven't heard of it. But I do understand how stressful this can be for a lot of people. I'm in a legal state and don't really care anymore, there's a lot like me too. It's a good thing, the more people doing stuff like this is a statement that they can't stop it. And I'll say it again, I'm not encouraging anyone to do something they're not comfortable doing. This is just the most up to date info on how this stuff works these days from my experience.

I'll also clarify that I'm not a clone seller, I just swap cuts with some growmies.

You can't choose "priority air" or "priority ground" it's all just "priority." This thread gave me a laugh. I guess people were worried about x-rays prior to the hplvd craze.

Doesnt seem like a fair comparison.

Freedom>money

and if I remember correctly, Dr Who had his freedom on the line dealing with the DEA more than once.

ive sent 20 pound boxes priority and they made it every time.
While I had a qp I sent to my daughter seized by the actual mail delivery person and turned into the criminal investigative service in Chicago. From Alaska to Alaska. Totally legal state. Go figure.

USPS 1st class mail certified. No signature required. Made it all the way to the carrier taking it "out for delivery." We both got letters from Chicago about it.
what type of box was it and how was it packaged inside of it? so it was alaska to alaska and went all the way to chicago? how was it out for delivery? how many days did it take to get seized and what did you use for the send and return address?

All inside Alaska. Sent in double vacuum sealed bags. In a box. You can sign up for text alerts for USPS tracking. Got all the way to the "Out for delivery". Then nothing. Thought it had been lost or something. Then the letter. Tore it up. Fuck those fools for a qp in Alaska. Never heard anything else about it.

Do NOT ship USPS overnight by air!

All overnight packages that go by air are subject to X-ray examination.
The system is automated and flag's anything that looks like dry material and/or plant cuttings/live potted clones.
You can do NOTHING to hide these things.

Once flagged, all items flagged are dog sniffed! For any illegal materials - including drugs, besides bomb material.

This is especially key to legal states....

If you absolutely must go overnight... Ship only rooted clones in clone shippers and use FedEx!

RULE OF THUMB!

USPS PRIORITY GROUND ONLY! GROUND, GROUND, GROUND!
I believe random packages are selected to be x-ray'd. But a rooted clone or unrooted snips have no thc or even traceable cbd like a seed so I'm not sure why it would matter. But I do know people can get flagged I had to send to someone regular priority mail cause they were flagged for express, I'm not sure why they are though.
