So I have been looking around on the intertnet to buy a new lite system. I found this site called growannew.com Awesome products for dirt cheap. So I placed an order. They are in Calli USA.

I get an e mail saying all is well. This past weekend I try and log into my account to check on the order I have no account???????

The short of it is they claim they tried to call me about my order shipping and even though they have my e mail and my cell I made it very clear not to call my house if you needed to contact me call my cell or e mail me they did not bother and canceled my account and are tring to keep my money now too.

I have issue a fraud charge with my bank and they have taken the money back and I now have it but I wana make it clear they people are scamers. If you have sucsess with them great I have not and will never use them again. You have been warned.

Did you try calling them? They switched websites a couple of weeks ago. I know that they wouldn't want to take your money. Did they refund your money. Why slander?

I have made repeated purchases throughout the year without a single problem. No other place matches their prices and service, period!

This thread has been brought to my attention by some of our customers. Although I believe in not engaging in this type of response, I feel that it is necessary. The person who started this thread (I'll refer to him as 1gamma) had placed an order on our site in mid March. The site was then updated to a new system a couple of days later. We contacted all our customers via email or phone (if provided) to let them know about the upgrade.

1gamma called in early morning regarding his account. He was given the information needed to check the status of his order. At no time had he expressed any concerns about using a phone number (we only used the phone number he provided with his order). Everything was fine until we went to ship his package. Fedex had no information on the address provided. The address turned out to be that of a hotel and 1gamma listed the first floor as the receiving location. We let 1gamma know that we couldn't ship his package out the address provided. We offered to use a different address or issue a refund. He insisted that we ship the package out to the address given. Being that we were unable to ship his package, we immediately issued a refund the same day.

The issue happened when 1gamma didn't want to understand that it takes 2-3 business days for the refund to show on his statements. This is bank policy and not ours. He called us the next day letting us know that the refund is still not showing on his account and again we explained that it had only been 1 business day since the refund. We asked if he would give it 3 days to show on his account. The refund applied to his account within the next couple of days.

There was never a fraud charge initiated. He received his money in the normal 2-3 days. Unfortunately, 1gamma feels that misstating the facts is a way to get back at us because we wouldn't ship a package to an invalid address.

WOW, this is like labeling someone a snitch and not telling the truth, people can get hurt mentally physically or in this case financually good thing the vendor took the time to come on and correct the story..

You know whats awesome about grow annex?
I live 3 blocks down the street from them, and I'm a regular in their store. What the man says is true, to sum it up, earlier this year they split with their old "business partner" (rsg hydro or w/e, the guys an idiot from what I heard) and moved to a different location, had new systems installed, new store, new name. Everything.

These guys arent scammers, their actually pretty helpful. They have good deals on merchandise and I will continue to use them for my purchase needs.

No offense to gamma, but why the hell would you have it shipped to a hotel? lol that just seems like a bad idea man....

Im with Gamma on this one. Those guys at Grow annex are the biggest pieces of s*%t i have ever had dealings with! They gave me some crap that the order was in the other warehouse thats the reason why he had no stock????? On growannex.com you see they have almost everything in stock then when you arrive they have nothing. You will almost certainly get the same BS about the "other warehouse"

Good luck with these guys!

Hello Heavygreen,

Sorry to hear you didn't have a great experience with us. First, I want to say that we do not list stock status on our website. There are almost 7,000 products and obviously can't have everything in stock all the time. We did have an offsite warehouse. Currently, we are operating a 3,000 sq ft warehouse and just acquired the next door unit giving us almost 8,000 sq ft. That being said, we do get shipments from our suppliers 3-times a week. We ship all our orders from our Irvine location. This allows us to control discrete packaging and monitor the quality of packaging. We don't like to rely on drop-shipping where the distributor has the liberty to package the items any way they see fit.

Also, 95% of our orders leave within 48 hours and most leave same day. The only exception is if something is backordered nationwide. This is rare and we always keep in constant communication with our customers regarding their status. If something isn't shipping within two days, we make sure to let our customers know asking them how they would like us to proceed. With all that being said, we make every effort to ensure our customers are happy. Our repeat customers enjoy reduced shipping, rewards and other perks.

Hello meezy4tw,

Thank you for your business. We just want to make sure that we clear the record and say that we were never affiliated with rsg. The owners were Nema, Ryan and a silent investor. They had a store 2 miles from our location. These guys should have never been in business in the first place. When they got in over their heads, they came to us trying to sell their business. Initially, we didn't know the status and severity of the situation. Once I started looking into the situation, I found 30+ orders that were over 60 days old. The good news is that most of the orders were with a credit card which allowed the customers to get their money back. There was one order from a young and new grower from the east coast which used a gift card and didn't have the option of getting his money back. We went out of our way and shipped him his items from our own stock. We were also promised by one of the owners of rsg that we would get paid on these items. Till this day, we have not seen any money from rsg. The east coast grower is still our customer till this day.

Damn never heard of grow annex but that's legit they would get on here and defend their reputation, if the prices are right and I don't get raped on shipping costs I'll definitely have to make my next purchase through them.

I recently ordered a bag of nutrients from Grow Annex online but was accidentally sent the wrong product. I sent them an email and the same day they had the correct order being shipped to me with no problems what so ever. They also have good prices!
