I've gone whole grows without changing nutes so it's really up to you how often you want to change.

I see no reason to change when the plants are small and starting off as they are hardly eating any of the nutes. As they get bigger you can monitor the ppm and just boost up the nutes in the proper proportion to maintain or raise the ppm. I would recommend using 1/3 as much Bloom as the other two during the veg stage. Going with the same amount or more Bloom with the others a week before flipping to flower. That is when I also add 1/2 dose of Big Bud to prime the pump so to say.

At most I change my whole tub as soon as the plants have stopped stretching about 3 weeks after flipping then refilling with none of the Grow and just using Micro and Bloom at a 1:2 ratio with Big Bud at full strength.

I've been using Sensi and Connoisseur the last couple years but find there's too much nitrogen in the late bloom phase so recently bought a gallon each of the 3-part like you have so I can do as described above. Basically switching to a Lucas Formula after the stretch to limit N which can inhibit flowering in it's later stages.

The N and all the other nutrients are needed at full strength during the stretch as the plants will eat at much higher rates to support the burst of growth and bud development. I have done daily monitoring of a few tubs and have seen 4 - 5X increase in daily ppm drop a starting a few days after flipping to 12/12. The daily drop slows right down again as soon as stretch is done and can be a good indicator of when stretch is over for sure.

A 1 gallon DWC doesn't give you much room for error so changing every week may be a good plan for you. As the plant gets bigger it can suck up 1/2 gal/day and as it takes out water the ppm goes way up in a small space and can burn your plants easier.

I use rubbermaid tubs that have a minimum of 35L in the shorter tubs which I generally use for veg then switch up to the taller tubs that hold 50L before I switch to flower depending on how many plants and their size. If planning to ScroG then I go with the taller tubs from the start. I've done around 50 tubs in the last 15 years so have had time to work things out.

2 weeks is fine. Once in flower with a 1 gal res you'll be changing almost every day though, my plants will drink a gallon in a day basically. I use a tub like oldmeduser does, mine fits about 10 gallons of water in it so once in flower I change when it gets too low.
