water curing experiment:

onyx:

170 grams wet:
2:55 am 1/7/2011
405 ppms on 2:55 1/10
132 ppms 7.03 am 1/10/2011
drying on 1/14/2011 unless*

My guess is that tomorrow the ppms should be higher than 192 since it hasn't had time to be stagnant for 18-24 hours.

waikiki queen:

91.7 grams wet- weed with smuckers jar and lid
1/09/2011 2:55 am placed distilled water into jar
1/10/2011 2:55 am changed water here but didn't think about testing the ppms until now...
1/10/2011 612ppms - 7:03 am- changed water. The water looked worse than my other container. Not only that but the ppms were way higher.. but thats to be expected.
date completed: 1/16/2011 2:55 am

*just putting info out there.. I'm wondering how long will it take until I am able to get the water ppms down to 0 or close to it. meaning my distilled water poured and somehow, the ppms don't shoot over 20.

It's interesting to see the water changes everyday. My first water change for Waikiki queen was nasty! IF this is ( and it is!!) what I have in the bud that I buy then thats just sick. Not only that but this waikiki queen bud is my personal home grow bud so I don't want to see what street bud looks like on the first day of water curing. I really can't think of curing any other way besides this. I'm just hoping that I won't get mold when its time to dry.
