Well I'm tired of hauling buckets of RO water to my house, so what kind of filter should i get? I'm growing with 5 gall DWC set up with 12 individual buckets. So you can see where water hauling is no fun! I am looking for a system to put out 75 gallons since i change out nutrients every sat.
Do i get 3 stage or more?
Do i just hook it to the sink and turn it on and fill a reservoir?

it depends.. you amy not even need one. What is the PPM coming out if the tap? Does your municipal water have chlorine or chloramine... google them.

ARe you running sterile or beneficials>? I would definately run benis in DWC.

If you're trying to do all the faucets in the house, it may be easier to get one of the ones that just take rock salt in a big drum outside.
I think I had mine installed for about 1500 for everything, even included some type of thing under the kitchen sink, I forget what that does though.
Otherwise, why not just get one of the screw on ones that goes on the faucet?

I would just let your tap water settle and bubble before using it. Adding an RO system can be as simple or as complicated as you need it to.. Just look For one that says it can handle about 1.5/2x what your demand from it is. some might be able to just screw on at a sink some may need to be add into the plumbing system. and for clarification i am a LICENSED Journyman Plumber, Installed plenty of filtration systems.

So what are some kinds that can i can simply screw to the kitchen sink and start filling my Res? I see 3 stage filters for around 140, would that be enough for what I'm looking for? And if i can get one to screw on to the sink I'll look for a 150 or just start filtering water a few days earlier then my feeding date.
