I watered my plant with 2 x 20oz cups of water on 2/19, I watered till it leaked out the bottom.
Now 2/24 my soil moisture meter still reads that my soils at a 9.5
I bought my meter at Home Depot, they only had one electric one.

When should I water it?
What numbers work best to wait tell?

Thanks guys

do not rely on a moisture meter just learn to listen to your plants either use the weight of the whole pot dry vs wet this is an easy way to tell or else use your finger if the soil is bone dry the first few inches it might also be that time. If you have pots with holes in the bottom you can also check how much moisture is in the bottom based on feel as well. You really want to get the whole pot wet and let the whole pot dry ideally. The moisture meters i've seen and used are ok to start but it's better to not rely on them as they are oftne times inaccurate and become quickly uncalibrated even when they are initially accurate.

Learn what your containers feel like/weigh when saturated, and when dry, when they get to the point where the start feeling light again you water. Moisture meters are not good to rely on.
