Water pump and air pump question

I'm thinking about building a 12 5 gal bucket RDWC system. I was just wondering what size water pump and air pump(s) should get? Also, how big of a reservoir should I use? Thanks for any feed back.

min 18 gal rez a air pump for at least 2 air stones and a water pump that's good for 1/2 tubing
