Watering schedule and light distance.

I've had a Sweet Afghan Delicious on the go for about 2 weeks I have been feeding about 50mls a day and spraying the top of the soil and the light (250HPS) has been about a foot away from the plant she has been thriving under these conditions, I'm just wondering if I should start watering more or moving the lights further away or should I start adding nutrients? Or should I just carry on for a bit longer doing what I'm doing?

I am exactly 16 days in.
Looks good. I would stop spraying the top of the soil, and just water. And not every day. I don't know how much 50mls is, but just water enough to give the plant a drink, not to drench the soil and keep it wet. It has to have a period to dry a bit to be able to absorb it in without causing issues. I usually try to water all my plants and wait until I notice one of them start to look like it's getting thirsty, the leafs would drop down and picking up the pot it felt weightless. And I water that plant and do the lift/weight inspection with each other plant to see if it feels the same dry/weightless feel like the one that needed water, or can it go a day or more before it needs a drink... But, so far it looks like it's going well!

I'm basically doing that now, although I will stop spraying the top I think I'm just a creature of habit and I'll look for the droop and tbf I have been starving it, it seems but I think all I've done is slowed development It does appear to have started with nitrogen deficiency as well but I think I got it just in time. She has come on a great deal since I posted this I am getting more confident as I go and I believe I will be smoking her at the end. Her leaves smell amazing if the bud is anything like that I'll be over the moon, hopefully higher than that.
