Watering Schedule for Seedlings in Rockwool

I have some seedlings in rock wool, that sprouted about 72 hours ago. I've got the temp set to 77F, and they're under a 600W MH bulb set to 75% power. Humidity in the tent is stable at 40%. I have been giving them pH 5.9 water once a day. Should I be waiting until the top of the cube is dry before watering again?

Up your humidity to 50 and just keep them moist at all times

Yeah...the higher the RH the better (within reason). Keep them moist but not soaked. If you're careful you can let the cubes get drier than you might expect and then water aggressively.
