I usually only keep them in the solo cup for about 8 days 9 tops after that I always see signs of root stress I would transplant now to maybe a 3 gallon pot and go to my forever pot after a week or so in that

You should see good healthy quick growth after that

I don’t know if you top but I like to transplant wait about four days top it wait about a week and transplant again I know it sounds like a lot but if you pay attention to your pot size and watch the way the plant grows it’s good stress

All this after you hit that forth or fifth node

Yah I’m aware of topping at 4th node or above I plan on doing that to have many colas

And then low stress train
