You can always tie a plant down, but in your case, it doesn't seem necessary. Your plants look good - nice size. Don't get greedy and break a branch just to get an extra 1/4 or an ounce.
I like the long stick idea though, didnt think about it , i should be able to bend them and leave some space for the lower ones that way, even if it means bending them all thanks IGHTY

P.S. It's starting to rain right now, how will it affect the plants? I mean, when they were in their first month they grew a LOT after a rainy night, does this affects them somehow sinche they're flowering now?

That's exactly why i didnt try this myself but came here asking for advice as i dont have that much experience in gardening but as i said there's too little sunlight passing through and lower parts of the plants in the middle get little to no sunlight at all.
Not that I wouldnt like to harvest more, but that's not the point. I just want my babies to grow to their full potential
