Although I may agree with a lol of what this guy is saying, there is one sticking point with me.
Where he starts talking about manditory service to the military or community service. Many on here agree (liberals and conservatives alike) that a conscript army is not very effective.

As far as community service, most do that when they want to get out of going to jail.

The problem I have with a military draft and/or mandatory community service is that it requires government to claim ownership of the individual and requires the individual to become an indentured servant. It goes against everything this country was founded upon.

So does the income tax... (Establish the equivalent of Indentured Servitude and goes against everything this country was founded on.)

^^^ Yes, and we should be shouting it from the rooftops.

If only ... if only 30 million Americans would just not send in their tax returns on April 15 ... just think!

It'd accomplish nothing, but 30 million Americans not collecting their tax returns.

Need more like 30 Million Americans claiming as many deductions as possible to stop the government from taking their money every two weeks.

That's put a crimp in the government, suddenly it'd be facing a severely depleted revenue stream. Esp. if the people doing that were spread through out the middle class.

You really shouldn't complain about a tax that YOU signed a paper saying you would pay. No one forced you to. It's beautiful isn't it?

Touche' Dfunk! You are exactly correct. ;-)

There's the answer ... 30 million Americans filing "zero" returns. In other words ... claiming no "income" on wages because no corporate profits were made. :)
