does new growth grow everyday at the stage?.

Looks fine, but if you keep taking pics and blockin all the light you may start to get a problem LOL!!!

It is not YOU that does the growing, all you are doing is making sure that the plant has all it wants. If you are in the spot that you cannot do anything else to make the plant "more comfortable" I see no problem. Patience is one of the most important part of growing good plants.

Growth in the beginning is slow. Very, very slow.
