Week 3 flower nutrient def ? Mites ? Issues with bud growth

To be honest … curiosity would keep me on it.
However , you will definitely need to up your lighting game on her. Overall she don’t look too bad in health.
But she’s a narrow leaf Sativa …. I’m betting spear shaped buds and a substantial grow time. They like long flower.
So defiantly not mite damage ? . And by upping wattage do you mean stronger light or put mine closer ?

I am not seeing typical “ suck points “ on leaf from bugs ( there would be many , and webbing ) .

However I’m thinking ” she “ is a strange one and might be a swan at end. Keep the pics coming.
You just need to hit her with additional light to get those flowers forming.

Wondering if you made a sudden change in feeding. A common mistake new growers make is to think the beginning of flowering is the time to feed bloom food and many make the mistake of making a drastic change feeding too much bloom food to soon.
Not seeing mite damage but the overall color of the new growth looks to yellow which can be a sign of lockout from too much bloom food to soon.

Taken from Google

An inbred line (IBL) is a seed lot and cannabis genetics that has been bred for generations selecting repeatedly for specific traits to the point that each generation of the plant will have the same traits as the generations before.

Just an update I flushed the plant with some ph water and moved it outside maybe some improvement in some areas I also sprayed with wet table supphur in case of the mites

I'm pretty sure I see mite damage, tiny specks in some places. Look under the leaves with a magnifying glass.
