so I put a seed in a towel and left it there for like 6 days. When I looked at it last night it was like a 5 cm tail with two little leaves coming out. Wtf do I do with it?

just bury the tail in some soil with the leaves out and you should be good

haha no I know how to grow but i was just wondering why leaves are growin out of this tail without light and if it's too late to plant.

plant it deep to make up for any streach

It will die if you don't plant it and give it light, you are on the brink of too late but plant it now, carefully, in a mild soil that isn't loaded with nutrients and do not give it any extra nutes until it's a real plant with more leaves.
